Holay molay, there a like a BAZILLION links for how to make hip t-shirts around my interwebs travels today! Most intriguing are the freezer paper stencil shirts. Craftzine linked to a great tutorial. Angry chicken has another tutorial on making stencils. Moving away from freezer paper, Make has an instruction sheet (pdf) including such techniques as bleach (eek!), iron-ons, and drawing with a sewing machine. Oh dear me, the possibilities are endless…
