Quick, easy and so much fun to knit… and as an added bonus the end product is way cute! Done with the bulk of the work on two Norwegian Baby Caps. Still to weave in the ends and to make the chin ties… a first attempt at i-cords. They may be idiot proof, but they’re not piecey-yarn proof. The Fabel (pink/green/blue/etc) is a bit of a pain, as it keeps fraying. The Regia Color (red/blue) is a dream– at least in comparison.
The pattern is from Grosblog and was graciously translated to English by Theresa. The blue and red hat is for friends Kyle and Kelly who are expecting (size: 6 mo) and the green/pink/blue/etc. is for my landlord’s baby (size: 1 yr)… although I saw her the other day and although she’s just coming up on 9 months, I’m not sure the 1 year is going to fit her! Doh!
